1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Step 1: Mix base, powdered sugar, and heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl.

Frozen Butterbeer

Butterscotch topping syrup
Cream Soda
Step 1: Freeze cream soda to a mostly solid state.
Step 2: Put frozen cream soda in a blender and mix in butterscotch topping to a desired sweetness.

To serve: Add base to the bottom of a cup, pour 1/4 cup with regular cream soda, put frozen butterbeer over, then add froth.

(maybe add some base into it and some cream soda)
6 tbsp butterscotch topping/syrup
